TAKE A PEEK INTO MY LIFE

 A Day In My Life

My whole day is kind of hectic a little bit but I think that’s good.  When you don’t have anything to do, the devil takes place inside your mind. A hectic or busy day is much better than the devil inside.

👈ME

Here we go, So first I wake up at 7.00 clock in the morning and then brush my teeth.  Then I make breakfast and that’s not anything like English breakfast or French because it must have to be a typical Bengali breakfast. If you don’t know about Bengali breakfast then you need to google it for sure.  My father would never prefer any other breakfast.  After making breakfast I like to read the newspaper and then check my phone if there’s anything important.  Then I start making lunch. Yes in the morning.

Okay, here’s a thing you guys don’t know my mother comes home only two times a month.  She’s a businesswoman.  She handles her own business that’s why I and my father takes care of home activities and everything.  I have a little brother who is 5 years younger than me.  He also helps with in-home activities whatever I tell him to do.  Actually, my brother is a Madhyamik aspirant ( a centralized exam conducted by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in West Bengal, India, at the end of the 10th year of school education ).  That’s why he has to go to tuition and study at home, so he doesn’t have time to do some home activities but he does whenever he is free. Now his school is off for summer vacation.  Well, within 9 A.M I finish making lunch.

My father goes to the office at 9.15 A.M.  Actually he is a Government Employee.

Then I take bath for at least 30 min because it’s my childhood habit, I take time a lot for bathing.  I get ready for my college and definitely, it takes time to find a dress to wear because we, girls never have enough dresses to wear or any dress to wear.  Just kidding, so after getting ready I tell my brother to take care of the house and do his home task.  Then I as usual take a ride to go to college and arrive there at almost 11 o’clock or sometimes before 11 as my class starts at this particular time.  I come back from college at 3.30 p.m. and have some snacks.  Then I take a rest.  Sometimes I watch a movie after coming back from college because it refreshes my mind.  Father comes back from his office at 5.00 p.m.  He actually comes home at 1.30 P.M to have lunch.  After then he goes back to his office.

Then I do the evening puja to our God, (my brother does the morning puja).  After then I read a book (not the academic one) or watch TV.  I study rarely.  I can’t study all the time as it depends on my mood.  So, after 9.00 P.M I make dinner with the help of my father then have dinner at 10.00 P.M and go to bed at 10.30 P.M but I don’t sleep that early though.  I use the phone for 30-45 min before going to sleep. Well, maybe you're assuming that I'm not the disciplined type and you are correct. I have a lot going on in my life but sharing very little.

That’s all I do in a day.  It’s not exciting enough but I love my life just the way it is.  I miss my maa as I have to do all the chores at home and take care of every little thing along with my study and career planning.  Now I know how she handles everything.  Mothers are the superhumans in my opinion.  Well, I know that she is doing her work to make our lives better.  But sometimes I can’t handle the pressure so I go to a temple to keep my mind calm and steady.

I'll show my family photo in another blog,

Thank you.

MENTAL HEALTH

Mental Health; It’s A Concern Of Global Mental health is not something you’d be ashamed of.  Just like our bodies we also need treatment for our minds.  That’s also a part of us.  We need to see a specialist for our mental health problems.  You are afraid that your parents or relatives are not going to prefer you to be in a Psychology ward.  They will discourage you from treating your mental health with a specialist of mental health issues.  In our society, we use that Mental word to a person as a curse.  When there is a treatment for this health, we cannot take that positively.  But you need to get out of that for your good.                                               Mental health is interconnected with our feelings, em...
